DESCRIPTION:GARDEN WALK\nDate:  Saturday\, July 13\, 2024\nTime:  9:00 am – 4:00 pm \nThe 2024 Northern Lights Master Gardeners Association Inc. Garden Walk will be held on Saturday\, July 13 from 9:00am – 4:00pm (rain or shine). This self-guided walking tour features six all new beautiful private gardens in Marinette and Peshtigo as well as the Harmony Demonstration Gardens (the home of NLMGAI) in Peshtigo. Gardens can be visited in any order.  Host gardeners have made this event possible by allowing attendees access to view their beautiful properties. Their gardens will inspire you whether you have a small city lot or acres in which to garden. Several locations will have artwork or plants for sale. New this year is a drawing for a home visit by Master Gardeners.  This is your chance to win research-based advice specifically for your garden! \nPlease note that some gardens have stairways\, narrow walkways or uneven terrain. Visit at your own risk. Visitors should wear comfortable outdoor attire. The Garden Walk ticket includes a map to help you plan your itinerary.  Included with the ticket envelope is a list of participating restaurants that are in the area and will give a discount (for the day/evening of the Garden Walk only). \nTickets are $10.  Advance tickets are available beginning June 1 at Jack’s Fresh Market (Menominee or Marinette-Roosevelt Road)\, and Marinette Farm & Garden (Marinette) beginning June 1. Children 12 and under are free\, but must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets will also be available the day of the Garden Walk at any of the Garden Walk homes.
