Our city's Fourth of July celebration begins with our children.  Those participating in the kids' parade line up at 5:00pm.  Kids' parade lineup is on Tenth Avenue (north side of City Hall).  The kids' parade begins at 5:30pm with the main parade following immediately afterward.  Lineup for the main parade is on Eleventh and Railroad avenues.  […]
