DESCRIPTION:Saturday September 24th 8am-9:45am\nA 5K run/walk or 10K run benefiting the Peshtigo Community during Peshtigo Historical Day.\nThe 10K run follows the Peshtigo River\, then takes you on a secluded\, wooded trail to where the Peshtigo Fire Tower once stood. A beautiful trail will take you back on roads through the City of Peshtigo. (No strollers on the 10k please)\nThe 5K route follows the Peshtigo River\, then takes you through the back streets of Peshtigo’s shaded Badger Park. (Strollers allowed)\nBoth races begin and end by the track inside Peshtigo Bulldog stadium. (341 N Emery Ave Peshtigo WI)\nSign up now at https://runsignup.com/…/Peshtigo/PeshtigoFireTowerWalkRun !\nPlease sign up by Sept 9 to be guaranteed a long sleeved race shirt!\nCoaster Medals for all finishers! Plaques for top runners and walkers in each event!\nCookies\, music and a fun atmosphere before the Historical Day parade!\nAwards handed out at the finish line so people can go on to enjoy Historical day events.\nAll proceeds and donations go back to the Peshtigo Cross Country Team\, Peshtigo Fire Department\, Peshtigo Students Eat Every Day Program and others!\nPlease no dogs on the course.
