Plus, it’s just a hop from the waterfront and the Ore Dock—perfect for a walk after sippin’ a drink or two. The spot’s in the old Nordic theatre, still rockin’ its classic marquee. Inside, you’ll find a slick open setup with a big elegant bar and tables where the old stage used to be, not to mention the massive stills that are art in their own right. Drinks here? Top-notch! The bartenders, or mixologists if you will, whip up everything from scratch—from Spring Manhattans to Absinthe. Every juice and mix is homemade, which you can taste in every sip. Make sure to try the Cosmo and that Rosemary Gin Paloma—both are refreshingly fantastic!
