DESCRIPTION:Music on Third returns to Downtown Marquette this summer with live music filling the Third Street Corridor at 18 different locations. This free community event celebrates local musicians and businesses while creating an exciting and walkable summer evening on one of Marquette’s most iconic streets.\nThis year\, we’re making a few key updates: \n • Event hours have been extended to 6:00–9:00 PM to give you more time to enjoy the music. \n • Bands will perform 2-hour sets\, staggered across the corridor. Half the acts will begin at 6:00 PM\, and the other half at 7:00 PM. \n • Third Street will remain closed to traffic during the event to create a safer and more enjoyable atmosphere for attendees. \nImportant note: We will no longer be holding a June Music on Third event. Please mark your calendars for our three 2025 dates: July 17\, August 21\, and September 18. \nCome stroll\, dance\, and support local talent and businesses during one of Downtown Marquette’s most beloved summer evenings.
