DESCRIPTION:🌟 Cuts For A Cause 🌟Presented by Fresh Coast Beauty \nFresh Coast Beauty is proud to host the First Annual Hair Cut-A-Thon in partnership with Texas Roadhouse\, supporting Children With Hair Loss\, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Rockwood\, Michigan. This amazing nonprofit provides human hair replacements at no cost to children and young adults experiencing medically-related hair loss due to cancer treatments\, alopecia\, trichotillomania\, burns\, and more. The impact of hair loss reaches far beyond appearance\, and each year the number of children in need continues to grow. With your support\, Children With Hair Loss can continue to expand the number of young lives they help. \nDid you know? September is both Alopecia Awareness Month and Childhood Cancer Awareness Month—making this the perfect time to give back in such a meaningful way! \n Donating is simple—only a minimum of 8 inches of hair is required\, and donations can include virgin\, color-treated\, or even gray hair. Every donor will receive a personalized certificate of appreciation. SUMMARY:Cub Scout Pack 3395 Join Scouting Night
DESCRIPTION:Boys & Girls in K-5 are invited to Join the Adventures of Cub Scouts in the Marquette Area on Tuesday\, September 16 at 6:30pm at Messiah Lutheran in Marquette.\nCub Scout Pack 3395 primarily serves the Sandy Knoll and Graveraet Elementary Schools area but families may join any pack in the community.  All eligible youth are welcome including home-school or charter school students.  Pack Meetings are one Tuesday per month & Den Meetings are once per month.  \nCost- Like all activities\, there is a cost to Scouting.  They include the handbook $30; awards and recognitions during the year; activities like the Pinewood Derby Race; Cardboard Classic\, NMU Hockey Night\, and Bobcat Trail. These costs total a Pack fee of $65.00. The national BSA registration fee and Scout Life magazine is $100.00. The Council program fee is currently $12.00.  \nMost of our Scouts earn the substantial portions of the fees by selling Trails End Popcorn in the fall popcorn sale.  Financial assistance for the registration and council program fees is available from the Michigan Crossroads Council.
