This feel-good\, low-impact class happens on the first and second Wednesday of each month from 1:30 – 2:30 PM (EST)\, April through September.\nTogether\, we’ll explore gentle movement\, breathwork\, and grounding practices that help release tension\, build strength\, ease muscle stiffness\, improve circulation and flexibility and bring a sense of calm to your day. No experience is needed—just come as you are and enjoy an hour of mindful movement in a supportive and welcoming space. Grab a friend\, bring an open heart\, and we’ll see you there! \nWhat to expect: Every class starts with refreshing breathing exercises\, and then smoothly transitions into chair-style yoga. Each session introduces new postures and positions\, keeping things exciting! We’ll wrap up with a wonderfully relaxing yoga nidra meditation.
