DESCRIPTION:Ironwood Hoop Club is circling up…Be there\, or be square!\nJoin co-instructors Amy Nosal and Anna Wakefield for guided “hula” hoop play on Thursday nights at 6pm. In this beginner-friendly class you will learn the basics circus/festival style hoop dance including: \n– On-body moves like basic waist/neck/knee hooping\, lift ups\, vortexes\, and escalators.\n– Off-body tricks like hand/elbow hooping\, isolations\, tosses\, and rolls.\n– Fancy transition moves to tie it all together! \nWe have tons of hoops of various sizes and weights to help you find your “Goldilocks” size to unlock your unique flow ⭕️✨ \nAnd if you think you can’t hoop because of your body size or experience level – we bet you can! Come try out this fun\, health-promoting pastime that will have you grinning from ear to ear. This is an inclusive\, intimate community – and we would love to have you be a part of it.
