DESCRIPTION:In this class you can expect to take your athleticism to the next level. Regardless of your experience or fitness level\, this class will help you develop core strength and conditioning\, flexibility\, mobility\, speed\, agility\, strength\, power\, and explosiveness.\nThis class utilizes High Intensity Interval Training with the use of kettlebells\, dumbbells\, and body weight movements. SUMMARY:Power Flow Yoga
DESCRIPTION:Power flow linked with breath at a faster pace than traditional vinyasa. This class will build more heat than traditional vinyasa. There will be extra poses with a repetition of movements\, which will help build strength and will also add a cardiovascular element and more of a calorie burn. Let go of the day as you flow with balance\, strength\, and flexibility.\nLocation: SDC Fitness Studio \nActivity Level: Moderate. SUMMARY:Archery Public Day Pass
DESCRIPTION:The public is welcome to use the Shooting Range during posted club hours for a daily fee. In addition\, there is semester club fee that is required after your first visit.  Range Public Access Day Pass fee is $10 /person/session is payable at the SDC Ticket Office during open hours or online when the Ticket Office is closed . Eligible Michigan Tech students gain access to the Shooting Range through student fees paid with their tuition.\nRules\, Requirements and Procedure Everyone is expected to abide by the Michigan Tech Shooting Range rules\, operation guidelines\, and safety procedures. On your first visit to the Range\, non-Michigan Tech students will be required to complete a firearms registration form that will be kept on file with Michigan Tech DPSPS. A Range Safety Briefing and signature on the Release\, Waiver\, Indemnification\, Hold Harmless\, and Assumption of Risk Statement is also required. Failure to abide by given rules may result in a reprimand or your removal from the Range.
