Yoga for Pregnancy Series with Dr. Brie Coleman
Whether you are expecting, postnatal, or on your fertility journey, we welcome you into our community.
This 4-week series will incorporate community building, mindful movements, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to help prepare your body for the demands of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. You will learn to bring awareness to your mind and body, strengthening the connection to your baby.
Poses will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, exercise the spine, and help create comfort in your changing body. Meet and connect with other expectant yogis in this safe, open community. This class is open to those in all stages of pregnancy—from fertility exploration to postnatal—and all experience levels.
Partners and support persons are warmly welcomed—please register each person separately.
To ensure a meaningful and connected experience, a minimum of 4 registered participants is required to run this event. Advance registration is required.
Because each session builds upon the last and space is limited, no refunds or deferrals will be issued for missed sessions or cancellations.
We kindly ask that you commit to attending all sessions in the series so that you and the group receive the fullest benefit from this shared journey.
