Vinyasa Yoga
Power through your week with class options for beginners or advanced, where linking breath to movement fosters a practice to build strength, increase flexibility, and release the tensions that sneak into the body. With varying sequences, this class is sure to challenge you in a new way each week and leave you glowing!
This all-level class features a general dynamic arch, easy/opening section, challenge/dig-in section, and release/cool-down section meant for people to get sweaty and work.

Activity Level: Moderate
Special Requirements:
Light, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Participants must be a minimum of 16 years old.

SDC Members (3 month or annual) – FREE, must have ID present for entry to class
