Come together for a Sunrise yoga session Saturday September 27th at 8:00am. Arrive as early as 7:15am and enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the Farm and no later than 7:45am. Bring your mat, water and towel.
Be ready to breathe in community as the sun rises. Experience the energy of yoga among the earth and trees.
