Stephenson Island – Overdose Awareness Memorial Event – Marinette

Stephenson Island, Marinette Thursday August 14: We will come together to honor the memory of our loved ones who passed due to substance use for the loving, vital, and important people that they were.
Jill Grohusky, a grief counselor with Unity Hospice will offer some words on grief and Jenna M of Marinette will share a personal story of loss.
Time will be made to connect with other survivors and there will be yard signs available to decorate in memorial of your lost loved one, and a short ceremony of placing those signs on the boulevard by the Interstate Bridge. Signs will remain there through the Overdose Awareness Community Event Friday August 15.
