South Beach Track Club – Speed Workouts with QCRC MQT

It’s been joked about on Strava but South Beach Track Club is finally here! Join us Wednesday nights from 5:30–6:30pm for speed sessions on the South Beach bike path—it’s famously flat and perfect for opening up your stride. All abilities welcome! Show up anytime within the hour to grab the workout, then stick around for our weekly post-run social at Drifa Brewing.
