One reason we experience pain in our relationships with other people is because we have unmet expectations of them. This workshop will help you learn how to consciously choose how you want to relate to other people. It will ultimately bring you more peace and happiness in both your life and your relationships with others. This important exercise may lead to some tender feelings. So, we will finish the workshop by doing a group healing around the thoughts and feelings that come up during the process.
