Matter of Balance Class – Do you have concerns about falling?

This in-person informational presentation will help you learn what this program is all about, meet the facilitators, and find out how this program can help you! Participants will also receive registration materials and the required waiver form. Both must be completed to participate in the upcoming series. This class will meet 8 times starting in January.
Who should attend?
* Age 60+
* Anyone concerned about falls
* Anyone interested in improving balance, flexibility, and strength
* Anyone who has fallen in the past
* Anyone who has restricted activities because of falling concerns
