Join us for an Intro to Healthy Boundaries Workshop (Adults Only) from 6-8 PM on October 7th, November 4th, or December 9th, led by Transformative Life Coach and Mental Health Educator, Heather Ruesch. These standalone sessions provide an excellent opportunity to learn about the principles of setting healthy boundaries and gain insights into the upcoming 5-week Set Boundaries, Find Peace book study starting in January. Attend any of the sessions to explore how boundaries can transform your life—no need to commit to all three!
