Housing Development Projects – Open Office Hours

Join our Housing Specialist, Antonio Adan, at the Marquette County Land Bank during open “Office Hours” to discuss your development project(s). Whether you are an emerging developer, non-profit, for-profit developer, or local unit of government come learn about incentives and tools available to get your next housing project going.
This informal workshop will be held in-person at the Marquette County – Annex Building conference Room 41, which is located on the ground level at 234 W Baraga Ave in Marquette. Topics covered include:

– Design/build and project concept discussion
– Housing production data overview
– Proforma review
– Incentives available and grant proposal refinement/feedback
