HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

In this class you can expect to take your athleticism to the next level. Regardless of your experience or fitness level, this class will help you develop core strength and conditioning, flexibility, mobility, speed, agility, strength, power, and explosiveness.
This class utilizes High Intensity Interval Training with the use of kettlebells, dumbbells, and body weight movements. Bring your water bottle and your desire to improve, and experience a HIIT class unlike anything you’ve done before.

This class is open and available for all experience/fitness levels.

Location: SDC Fitness Studio

Activity Level: High

Special Requirements
Comfortable athletic wear and sneakers/cross trainers. Participants must be a minimum of 16 years old.

FALL 2025: September 8 – December 10

Cost:
SDC Members (3 month or annual) – FREE, must have ID present for entry to class
