-Course II: Stinging nettle soup, rye crouton, horseradish crème, caramelized lemon
-Course III: Field greens salad with purslane, chickweed, dandelion, edible flowers, elderberry vinaigrette
-Course IV: Roasted pork tenderloin, creamy polenta, wild carrot chimichurri
-Course V: Rhubarb and rose cake, sweet corn ice cream
