What is Co-occurring Disorder?
Is a disorder diagnosed by the individual having a Mental Health Diagnosis + Substance Misuse Disorder & or Alcohol Disorder. Studies have shown that treating both disorders at the same time increases the chance of long-term recovery.

Long term recovery also comes from support, understanding, acceptance, advice from those who are also in long-term recovery.
This is a group is designed to give you all of those skills without the inference of tradition and religion. Just and open mind and an open heart with lots of lived experience.
