Class Dates: 4/1, 4/8, 4/15, 4/22
Pilates is a full-body mat workout that focuses on strength, stability and flexibility. This class will help develop a strong inner core while sculpting long and lean muscles.
A variety of props such as light hand weights, the mini ball, ankle weights, and a yoga block will be incorporated to enhance muscle engagement and provide added resistance for a more challenging workout.
Group fitness classes are included in your Bellin Fitness membership. Non-members may participate with the purchase of a guest pass or a 5-class Punch Card.
