Intro to Yoga
This class will have a vinyasa-based flow. We will pair breath with movement asanas. Building knowledge in pose names and how to gradually gain more comfort, strength, balance, and flexibility. Taking this regularly will help you gain the confidence to try other styles of yoga.

Moderate. All skill levels are welcome.
Special Requirements
Light, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Bring a mat and water bottle. Participants must be a minimum of 16 years old.
