Join us and @north.woods.sauna on Friday, November 14th from 5-8 PM for a night of community acupuncture, sauna, cold plunge, tea and snacks!
The event will start with community acupuncture (sign up for a time slot in the link in bio) and then sauna/cold plunge. This event is great for a ladies night and to enjoy with a friend!
