Cycle Yoga Fusion

New! 30 minutes of strength, sweat, and burn with cycling, followed by 20 minutes of breath, relaxation, peace and stretching. Get the best of both classes in one.
Location: SDC Fitness Studio
Activity Level: Moderate. All skill levels welcome.
Special Requirements:
Light, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Bring a mat and water bottle. Participants must be a minimum of 16 years old.

Cost:
SDC Members (3 month or annual) – FREE, must have ID present for entry to class
