NTK Ramen Night at Barrel + Beam

Every Thursday at Barrel + Beam Brewery in Marquette, Northwoods Test Kitchen hosts a Ramen Night Pop Up in the B+B Taproom. Ramen is made from scratch, using local ingredients. The menu varies weekly, but will always include a mushroom broth and meat broth option. Wheat noodles are made from scratch, and the broth is paired with local soy-marinated eggs, tofu, roasted veggies, nori, green onion and more. We offer a kids option, as well as other menu items like bánh mì sandwiches, a salad or slaw option, housemade dips and spent grain crackers, cookies and other specials!
