Immerse yourself in a transformative experience where sound and creativity unite in our Sound Bath with Free Style Art workshop for $40 per person on April 14 at 5:30 pm.
McCraftie’s has teamed up with Drops of Inner Peace to provide a unique session of healing vibrations of a sound bath with the liberating expression of free-style art on a 8×10 canvas.
As soothing sound waves from instruments like crystal bowls and chimes wash over you, you’ll be guided into a deep state of relaxation and mindfulness. In this peaceful space, you’ll have the opportunity to express your inner world through intuitive art-making after the sound bath, using various mediums with creative freedom.
This workshop invites you to release stress, discover inner peace, and explore the connection between sound, healing, and creative expression. No artistic experience required—just bring an open mind and heart.
Supplies you will need to bring with you is a blanket, yoga mat, and pillow to make you comfortable during the sound bath!
